I know it comes down to opinion in some ways, so I won’t try suggesting what fallbacks you might change to, but for example, Tahoma is installed on over 90% of all Windows AND Macs, and there are others, like Trebuchet MS, Georgia which are highly cross platform distributed and much nicer.
